I’ve been reading and have almost finished a New Yorker article by Oliver Sacks concerning stereoscopic vision. I was surprised to read that some considerable percentage of the population, I think he may have said 5 to 10 percent, are lacking stereoscopic vision or have it only weakly. Furthermore, a lot of them don’t realize it. I wonder how that would affect perusal of this picture and some of the others. Of course there’s also the question of how another person’s computer renders it; there are tremendous differences.
