Apollo 4 on column of fire

I just realized …

Recently we lost (due to he didn’t like the job) a recovering-alcoholic US senator, Mark Dayton, but in 2008 we can elect Stuart Smalley, and so get a recovering-everything senator. Life is a cornucopia!

(Not that I’ve watched SNL since the departure of Gilda Ratner et al.)

Vaccine against Loose Change

In case I’ve neglected pointing out this vaccine against Loose Change: http://www.alternet.org/story/47986/

I haven’t actually seen Loose Change, though I have seen one other video of this sort, and it was ridiculous. I especially found amusing the part where the film argues that something you see on the side of the fuselage of the South Tower airplane can’t be a reflection, because of how it looks from different angles, and so the film concludes that it must be some special object, probably a huge bomb. However, the ‘object’, looked at by my non-LSD-tripping eyes, reveals itself to be the shadow of the right wing’s engine nacelle.

(Also, every time I watch the Zapruder film, Jack Kennedy’s head seems to move in such a way as to obey the law of momentum if he were shot from behind with matter expelled more or less forwards. But maybe I need to use more LSD.)
