Jewish groups abuse memories of the Holocaust and conflation of Jewry with Israel to bully people

I mean, what else was I supposed to say about this? – http://jta.org/news/article/2009/03/26/1004008/jewish-groups-call-oliphant-cartoon-anti-semitic

Strangely, and frustratingly, these sorts of abuses make it look as if what Hitler wrote about ‘the Jew’ were actually true – for instance his denial that Judaism is a religion, and claim that it is a quasi-nationality that takes over the political process. If Oliphant’s cartoon isn’t a good representation of the troubles in Israel, it nevertheless does, perhaps unintentionally, make a meaningful comment about those who go around conflating Judaism with Israel and bullying people with memories of the Holocaust to stifle their political process.
