A new Pilot/Namiki limited edition M90, my 25- or 26-year-old HP-11C hand calculator (which will still be working in the year 2237), and a six-inch ‘Centuri model rockets’ ruler from the 1970s.

The writing below is a little ragged on account, alas, of chronic hand pain. The pen is quite wet and requires only a feather touch, which is great for me, and the weight is centered so you can cradle the pen easily. (The ink is Noodler’s ‘Violet Vote’.)

The pen is from
http://richardspens.com (a favorite pen-place of mine), who inked and adjusted the pen (assuming it needed adjustment). It has an aerometric-style converter.
It’s one of those pens that is short when capped, but I neglected to put some ancient object in the photo (really flatbed scan) of the capped pen.
It’s a sort of very belated birthday present from my in-laws; I didn’t rush into deciding what to get. :) This pen has just gone into distribution in the US; it’s a 90th-anniversary present from Pilot to itself.
