Inland seaports

Thanks to WikiAnswers I think Iquitos, Peru, might be the most inland seaport, but a very unthorough search doesn’t tell me whether that involves ‘real’ seafaring ships and not just river barges and such. Duluth, Minnesota, gets seagoing ships that look like ships (but the port is closed much of the year, and most of the traffic is lake ships).
