Accumulation of wealth will be allowed if put to use towards the advancement of human welfare. Accumulated wealth that is not put to use will be confiscatorily taxed. Accumulators of shiftless wealth are like thieves of a child’s inheritance.
Published intellectual works are presumed to be intended for the public domain. Copyright and patent terms will be limited to 3 to 15 years, depending on the type of work.
We have entered a new era of human development, in which our key technologies include those for the collection, copying, transformation, etc., of data. The government will encourage the development and use of technologies in these areas. Social progress will be allowed to keep pace with technological progress, and technological progress will not be stifled by social inertia.

I will champion the Amendment as it is written; assuring the rights of women will make it easier to ensure the rights of others.
