Ohmigod it was bad

I couldn’t sleep and had ongoing restless legs. Taking 25 mg nortriptyline made things so much better. I’m putting myself back on it at that sleeping pillish dose. I have some inositol powder on the way; I’m speculating it might help, because it is useful for some of the same things as nortriptyline – but without being toxic. I might need a lot of it, though, if it works at all.
