Justin Frank, MD, was a guest on the Randi Rhodes program today, and he said he watched Bush’s press conference, in which the Leader mocked a blind man. Frank said Bush, during that conference, appeared to be in a hypomanic state. He also expressed confidence that Bush’s doctors were giving him something psychotropic, for the same reasons that I have for thinking the same thing, such as the times he seemed to me to be tranquilized (if not drunk).
It’s rather distressing the way the doctors lie about and cover up the serious medical conditions of both Bush and Cheney. In Worse Than Watergate, John Dean was even more bothered by it, although I’m more concerned Bush and Cheney ‘infecting’ the general populace with psychiatric ailments, and somewhat welcome anything that diverts Bush and Cheney from this activity or which makes them less popular, such as when they tell lies that become found out.
