The new Crud Factory, and the release of ‘The Creation of the World’

I have replaced http://crudfactory.com with an HTML-based site, having found the PDF version too difficult to maintain and insufficiently friendly to search engines. Also now http://crudfactory.chemoelectric.org goes to the same place as crudfactory.com, so you might as well just remember the latter.

After making a few adjustments, I have upgraded ‘The Creation of the World’ from pre-release to release. It is included in the literature page (http://lit.crudfactory.com).
