Wikipedia sent me here. I probably should have looked to see if it was somewhere. When I started with Icon I had to buy the earlier red version as a book, which I think they actually had at Borders in Minnetonka. Otherwise I must have special-ordered it. Now of course you can go on-line, except it’s out of print, but maybe there is used. Or just read the PDF.
