I think this PDF is in what will become the primary design, replacing Maiola with the rococo-styled Biblon Pro (a birthday present) as primary typeface. That’s replacement of expatriate Czech design with ‘in-patriate’ Czech design; long live Czech type design!
I also used (for headings, verse numbers, etc.) the free font Fertigo, for which I reworked the hinting, and so you may see a new version come out in the not-too-distant future, though that’s out of my control.
I borrowed fleurons from Kepler: long live American type design (especially Robert Slimbach’s)!
I still have the source set up to use many other combinations of fonts, though. Thus I might show completed Book XII in Centaur or Caslon, for instance. Even after I complete Book XII I will need to stick in some front and back matter, and thus for the ‘real’ release will have to re-implement paragraph formatting, which I haven’t yet done since the re-write began.
