Today was primary day

Today was (open) primary election day. I voted for Al Franken. There were several challengers, but probably nobody you’ve heard of. Likely you weren’t aware that Franken still had to go through a primary, but that’s how it works here (but not for presidential elections, then we have no primary).

There is a lot of misreporting about Minnesota endorsements and nominations, in the national media.
