An ironic picture in my head

I have an ironic picture in my head. In my picture, poor people of New
Orleans are living in a refugee camp inside the Houston
Astrodome. Meanwhile, other people in skyboxes are watching the New
Orleans Saints play their home games at Houston's Reliant Stadium.

Probably this actually is what will happen.
