Talking (opinions of an ultra-liberal Democrat)

I notice that, though ‘Right’ and ‘Left’ talk differently about the country, they talk pretty much the same way about each other. The ‘Left’ tend to squawk, when this is pointed out to them, that they are not advocating global genocide (or whatever), which the ‘Right’ may be doing. The ‘Left’ do not know how to define an equivalence, that it must always be an equivalence in some respect. Instead they go beyond the scope of a speaker’s point, so they can deny the equivalence, and so go right on irritating the rest of the country in the same way as the ‘Right’.
